Technology Services, under the VCAA, provides Hawai'i CC faculty, staff, and students, with technical support and maintenance of the campus network(s), computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Technology Services is also responsible for consultation and approval related to ALL hardware and software purchases. The majority of Hawai'i CC offices, computer labs, and classrooms are equipped with desktop computer systems and peripheral devices which are connected to the University of Hawaii network/Internet. Requests for assistance for all media and IT concerns should be submitted through this helpdesk link, which is only accessible to employees who are on a networked computer on-campus. If you are not on campus, please contact your department clerical to submit the work order on your behalf. In anticipation of Tropical Storm Lala, please be advised that the University of Hawai'i at Hilo and Hawaiʻi Community College campus, offices, and off-campus locations will be closed Saturday August 15 through Sunday, August 16, 2026, for precautionary measures.
