Title IX is a resource for students, faculty, and staff.

The safety and well-being of our campus communities is a priority for Hawai‘i Community College. We are committed to ensuring a safe working and learning environment. Each member of the campus community is responsible for preventing sexual misconduct and ensuring that the work and academic environments are harassment-free.

Title IX is a Federal law that protects students, educators and school employees against all forms of sex or gender discrimination, including: sexual harassment, dating and domestic violence, other forms of sexual misconduct, stalking and retaliation. 

Students or staff experiencing discrimination based on sex or gender should contact the Title IX Coordinator, at hawcctix@hawaii.edu or make a report through our online reporting system.
