I am a representative of the ASUH-HawCC. In consideration of it’s special interests, the University has approved my request to travel to and participate in a conference, meeting, or other event consistent with appropriate educational or experiential outcomes of Student Government service.

I understand that while traveling to and from as well as attending the conference, meeting, or other event, I am a representative of Hawaii Community College. As such, I am expected to conduct myself as an informed and responsible adult, subject to the terms and conditions of the college’s Student Conduct Code and the Constitution and By-laws of the ASUH-HawCC
