Student Government Elections
Are you interested in becoming a member of the ASUH-HawCC Student Government? Each year an Election is held in the beginning of April for a new Senate that will represent students the following academic year. Candidate applications are usually available in mid-February and the deadline for applications would be the first Friday of March. A mandatory meeting for all candidates is held right after the application deadline. This mandatory meeting covers the election rules and serves as a question and answer session. Next, a candidate forum is provided for the candidates to address to the student body. Candidates introduce themselves and provide information to fellow students regarding their interests in student government.
