READ Collection Worksheet
Directions:
This page has space to record information for two books. Print out as many pages
as you need. Select your title(s) from one of the READ list categories as directed
by your teacher. The READ list will be either a print copy of the READ Collection
titles (also available from Library Reserves--look under ENGLISH 021) or you can
go to the READ Collection web site (http://www.hawcc.hawaii.edu/read).
Once you know which list you need, use it to fill in #1, #2 and #6 below for each
title you select. To answer #3, #4 and #5 you will need to use Mookini Library's
on-line catalog (PAC), Hawai`i Voyager. Access is available from computers on
the main floor of the Mookini Library or from a link on one of the READ Collection
Web pages. When using Hawai`i Voyager, do a KEY WORD search by putting and
in between each word. Be sure to look for the UH Hilo copies only
and look for the READ Collection copy first to answer #3. (worksheet
